32767_dec corresponds to 100%, -32767_dec corresponds to -100%.

Velocity: Setpoint [increments/s]

n_set: Setpoint [rpm]

φ: Step angle of the motor [°]
(for AS10xx stepper motors: φ = 1.8 °)

f_max: "Speed range" [full steps/s]

The speed setpoint can be positive or negative, depending on the desired direction of rotation of the motor.
