Process data

The "Process Data" tab of the EL95xx in the TwinCAT System Manager shows the PDO list of the EL95xx with the corresponding input objects. The width in the process image is 2 bits.
The index 0x1A00 ("Status U₀") contains the two boolean input objects "Power OK" (0x6000:01) for checking the output voltage and "Overload" (0x6000:02) for the overvoltage display.
