Power supply standalone

As the terminal can only be configured via EtherCAT/Ebus, it must be configured on an EtherCAT master in accordance with the chapter "Power supply as EtherCAT device", in particular the property "PowerOn Output Operation". It is then ready for operation without EtherCAT/PDO/CoE (and therefore without diagnostic function!), but requires a left-side supply from an EtherCAT Coupler.
