Evaluation of the counter value

Evaluation of the counter value is set through index 0x8000:06 "Evaluation mode".

• Evaluation of the input signals (Index 0x8000:06 "Evaluation mode"): The input signal can be subject to 4-fold, 2-fold or 1-fold evaluation.
• 1-fold evaluation: the rising edges on track A are counted.
• 2-fold evaluation: the rising and falling edges on track A are counted.
• 4-fold evaluation: the rising and falling edges on track A and track B are counted.

In the delivery state 4-fold evaluation is selected, as this enables the highest resolution of the input signal.
