The EL3004 analog input terminal processes signals in the range -10 … +10 V. With a resolution of 12 bits, the voltage is digitized and transported, electrically isolated, to the higher-level automation device.

In the EL3004 EtherCAT Terminal the four single-ended inputs are configured as 2-wire versions and have a common internal ground potential, which is not connected to the power contacts.
