The online data are accessible (A) if the terminal is online, i.e. connected to the EtherCAT Master TwinCAT and in an error-free RUN state (WorkingCounter = 0). The entries “DOS Settings Ch.n (index 0x80n0) (D) and “„Use output as power supply“ (Subindex 06) can be changed online; please also observe the Notes on the CoE interface and on the StartUp-List.

The diagnostic data of the terminal can be read under ““DOS Diagnosis Ch.n” (index 0x60n0) (B).
The state of the outputs can be read under ““DOS Outputs Ch.n“ (index 0x70n0) (C).
The display in TwinCAT is continuously updated if (E) has been activated.

Use output as power supply (index 0x80n0:06) / Safe state behavior (index 0x80n0:11)

The setting in "Use output as power supply" (index 0x80n0:06) determines whether the outputs are set according to the process data or the selected "Safe state behavior" or whether they are switched as power supply.

The setting in "Safe state behavior" (index 0x80n0:11) determines which safe state the outputs should assume in the event of a bus error.
