Examples of the "PWM, DC" operation mode

Legend for the diagrams in the following examples:

C1: EL2252 DC-Output Ch1 with the same "Time Stamp" as EL2502-0010
C2: EL2502-0010 Output of the process data "DCSyncOutCh2" (0x7000:05)
C4: PWM signal output to channel 1

Example 1: "DC Immediately" = TRUE

When the DC timestamp is reached, the specified PWM output takes place immediately. The current period is aborted, resulting in "glitches" in the output.

Examples of the "PWM, DC" operation mode 1:Fig.136: Diagram “DC Immediately” = TRUE

Example 2: "DC Immediately" = FALSE

When the DC timestamp is reached, the PWM output only takes place after the current period has been completed. The PWM output is "glitch-free".

Examples of the "PWM, DC" operation mode 2:Fig.137: Diagram "DC Immediately" = FALSE

Example 3: "DC Immediately" = TRUE, duty cycle changes from 0 to 100%

When the DC timestamp is reached, the duty cycle is immediately changed from 0 to 100%.
