Diagnostics for virtual slaves

The diagnostics always indicates the slot from the configuration; the “actual” EtherCAT Terminal is indicated via the text.

Example:
You have configured the EK3100 Bus Coupler with an additional virtual slave, and the EtherCAT Terminal at the 9th position has a problem. This EtherCAT Terminal is configured at the 5th slot on the virtual slave. Use the text from the diagnostics, rather than the slot number, to determine the error location.
