Process data (ED9110 only)

The ED9110 has a bit width of 1 bit (diagnostic bit for voltage at the power contacts, “PowerOK”) in the process image and is represented in the TwinCAT tree as follows:

If there is no voltage at the power contacts, the corresponding diagnostic bit “PowerOK” is set to FALSE (0).
