Diagnostic LEDs

PWR

Power supply. The Power LED lights up (green) when the device is connected to a live power supply unit.

The LED flashes (red) 8 times per second if there is an error in the power supply.

The LED flashes (red) 3 times per second if no or a faulty microSD card is inserted.

TC

TwinCAT status LEDs TwinCAT is in Run Mode (green)
TwinCAT is in Stop Mode (red)
TwinCAT is in Config Mode (blue)

Error or crash of the PLC (yellow). Applies only to TwinCAT 3

FB1

Status LED1 for fieldbus (function is described in the fieldbus interface)

FB2

Status LED2 for fieldbus (function is described in the fieldbus interface)

HDD 1

Flashes when accessing the µSD card in slot 1. When reading, the LED flashes green.
When writing, the LED flashes yellow.

HDD 2

Flashes when accessing the µSD card in slot 2. When reading, the LED flashes green.
When writing, the LED flashes yellow.
