Setting the network parameters

If the EtherNet/IP devices have been successfully linked to one another, the network parameters for the EtherNet devices can be set. The IP address, subnet mask and optionally the gateway address that you want to use on the CX8095 also have to be entered for the CX8095.

Set the network parameters as follows:

1. In the tree view on the left-hand side, click on Box (TC EtherNet/IP Slave) which is appended to the EtherNet/IP adapter of the CX8095.

2. Click on the Configuration tab.

3. Double-click on the entry and enter the desired parameters for the IP address (0x8000:21), subnet mask (0x8000:22) and gateway (0x8000:23).

You have successfully set the network parameters for the CX8095. In this way you can set the network parameters for all EtherNet/IP devices.
