ACPI Suspend Type
This option offers two possibilities: S1 (POS) and S3 (STR). ACPI normally has six states: system S0, S2, S3, S4, S5. For more information see BIOS-Inside / ACPI-Funktionen.
S1 (POS) Power on Suspend: The sleep mode S1 has a very low reactivation latency. In this state no system context get lost (CPU oder Chipsatz)
S3 (STR) Suspend to RAM: The state S3 is a deeper sleep mode. It has a low reactivation latency. All system context except the memory context get lost.
Power Management
Settings: Disabled (no energy saving function used), Min Saving (this setting is activated after 40 minutes and offers the lowest energy saving level), Max Saving (this setting offers the highest energy saving level).
HDD Power Down
This setting controls how long a harddisk must be left idle before it spins down. The default is "Disabled". (Disabled, 1 / 5 / 10/ 15 30 / 45 Sec. / 1 Min )
Modem Use IRQ
This option is used for specifying the interrupt line (IRQ) of a modem (if present). Activity on this line causes the computer to 'wake up' in order to receive a fax, for example. Setting options: NA (no allocation), 3 (allocated), 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11
Soft-Off by PWR-BTTN
Here you can set the action of the power button: Delay 4 sec.: you have to press the power button longer than 4 sec to shut the system down. Instant-Off: PC shutdown immediately.
Power On by Alarm
Up to three timers can be set to restart system.
IRQ Wake Events
Here a menu can be opened to select the IRQs for system wakeup.
