You can get a details description for the usage of CP-Link 3 LaunchApp when you start the program via command-line without any parameters. Therefor open a command-line window and navigate to the subfolder Tools within the CP-Link 3 program directory, e.g. "C:\Program Files\Beckhoff\CP-Link 3\Tools". Now type in "CPLink3LaunchApp.exe" into the command-line.
