Power supply

The industrial PC is supplied with a nominal voltage of 24 V. The 2x2-pin voltage socket according to IP65/67 (X102) is used for connection to the power supply and the external wiring of the industrial PC. The main supply voltage is applied between PIN 1 (0 V) and PIN 2 (24 V) of the socket.

The connector for the power supply is specified for 8 A and can accommodate either wire cross-sections up to 1.5 mm2 or up to 2.5 mm2 according to your selection. Use 1.5 mm2 or 2.5 mm2 for long supply lines to achieve a low voltage drop on the supply lines. There should be at least 22 V at the power supply plug of the industrial PC, so that the industrial PC remains switched on during voltage fluctuations.

There is no voltage connector in the scope of delivery of the industrial PC. For the connection of the PC Beckhoff recommends to buy a ready-made cable (see chapter 3.5 Connection cable and accessories).
