USB

The industrial PC has four USB interfaces (X106-X109). They are used to connect peripheral devices with USB interfaces. The following table shows the interface assignment based on the device generation:

4x USB 3.0 (X106-X109)

C6027-0010

4x USB 3.2 Gen. 2 (X106-X109)

In the generation C6027-0000, each of the four USB interfaces supplies up to 900 mA of current. In the generation C6027-0010, each of the four USB interfaces supplies up to 1000 mA of current, but not simultaneously, as otherwise the power supply unit would be overloaded. In both generations, all interfaces are electronically protected. All ports are protected by a common overcurrent protection (overcurrent detection). All ports will be switched off if overcurrent occurs at any of the ports.
