Control cabinet installation
The C6025 Industrial PC is designed for mounting in control cabinets in machine and plant engineering applications. The environmental conditions specified for operation must be observed (see chapter 9 Technical data).
Using different mounting plates, you can align the cable entry based on the application requirements.
Figure 8 shows the three available mounting plates: standard mounting plate 1, optional mounting plate 2, and optional mounting plate 3 with DIN rail adapter. The three mounting plates are mounted on the device as follows:
- Mounting plate 1: at the rear of the industrial PC with three Torx TX10 screws and a tightening torque of approx. 0.5 Nm
- Mounting plate 2: on the right-hand side wall of the industrial PC with four Torx TX10 screws and a tightening torque of approx. 0.5 Nm
- Mounting plate 3: at the rear of the industrial PC with two Torx TX10 screws and a tightening torque of approx. 0.5 Nm
Mounting plate 2 offers two mounting options (see Chapter 4.2.1 Mounting options).
The basic version of the industrial PC is supplied with the standard mounting plate 1 already mounted as shown in Fig. 8. The scope of delivery does not include any further mounting plates. You can choose the following ordering options:
