BX COM port - RK512 protocol

The RK512 protocol can exchange data with a distant station via the COM1 or COM2 interface of the BX controller. Documentation for the RK512 function block can be found in the Beckhoff Information System.
The serial PC interface is simulated via the 64 byte emulation of the BX controller.
