Application
The control voltage is generated directly from the DC link voltage of the AX8000 system via a DC/DC power supply. This control voltage can also be used to supply the IPC and required I/O components. Advantage: Even in the event of a mains power failure, the control voltage is available as long as there is sufficient DC link voltage. This means, for example, that a critical axis can still be moved out of the hazard area.
Structure
In the constellation described below, no external control voltage supply is required.

Procedure
When the mains voltage is switched on, the AX8000's DC link is charged. As soon as the start voltage of the DC/DC converter is reached, it also starts and provides the 24 VDC control voltage. This is then used to supply both the AX8000 power supply module and the other desired loads.
