Multi-feedback interface

Encoders with other transfer protocols can be connected to the multi-feedback interface. Only one of the available protocols can be used per module. An overview of the modules and the available protocols can be found under Multi-feedback interface in the chapter Ordering option. The multi-feedback interface is available in two versions for the combination modules and axis modules:

• digital feedback protocols:
  EnDat 2.2/22 or BiSS C
• digital and analog feedback protocols:
  EnDat 2.2/22 or BiSS C or TTL (DIFF RS422) or SinCos 1 Vpp

AL8200-000z-000 Resolution too low The AL8200-000z-0000 magnetic encoder system with SinCos interface is not supported by the multi-feedback interface due to its low resolution (one sine period per revolution).
