Sync1

The "Sync1" signals are parameterized according to the NC cycle time as standard. This cycle time is always a multiple of Sync0. If a signal fails to materialize (see F1), the CPU also generates the error code F414, and the connected axes are stopped with the "EStop ramp".

Further error messages:
The Sync1 cycle time must be a multiple of the Sync0 cycle time and must be identical with the parameters "S-0-0001 and S-0-0002", otherwise the CPU generates the error code F412.
If the signal "Sync1" in the ESC is not activated, the CPU generates the error code F413.
If the pulse length of the interrupt does not correspond to the standard anymore the CPU generates the error code F411.
With all error messages the connected axes are brought to a standstill with the "EStop ramp".

The fastest AX5000 I/O update time is 250 µs. All controllers (current controller, speed controller and position controller) are calculated with up to 62.5 µs.
