X11 and X21: Feedback, high-resolution

The X11 and X21 D-sub connectors are available for connecting high-resolution feedback systems. In delivery state X11 is assigned to axis A, X21 to axis B.

¹⁾Attention: wire break detection is not supported for TTL encoders.
