AX5000 devices may be operated in an environment with a pollution degree "2".

AX5000 devices must be wired with copper conductors rated for at least 75°C.

Rated voltage of the control board = 24 V DC

A wide range of motor sizes can be operated with the AX5000. Internal motor overload protection level is adjustable:

The internal motor overload protection is parameterized via the IDN P-0-0062 "Thermal motor model", based on the value of the IDN S-0-0111 "Motor continuous stall current". The IDN P-0-0062 "Time constant" is specified by the motor manufacturer and must be entered here. The IDN P-0-0062 “Warning limit” (Default) is responsible for deciding when a warning is to be generated. The IDN P-0-0062 “Error limit” (Default) is responsible for deciding when the motor is to be switched off. The default values take into account the specific characteristics of the servomotors.
