Ensure adequate ventilation The housing surface may reach a temperature of over 200 °C. Always make sure that the brake resistor is adequately ventilated. If this is ignored, the brake resistor and surrounding components may be destroyed. |

An application may require a higher continuous power than the specified type power. You can implement this state if a higher temperature of the brake resistor is permissible.
