AX2090-ND80-0020 to -0080

The mains chokes AX2090-ND80-0020 to -0080 are intended for operation with three-phase supplies of the AX8000 multi-axis servo system.

Installation position

The standard installation position of the mains choke is the vertical, upright installation position. Alternatively, wall mounting is possible as shown.

Clearances

The required minimum distance to neighboring parts must be maintained in order not to impede cooling. All figures in millimeters.

Mounting sequence

►Position the mains choke on the mounting surface.

►Mark the positions of the tapped holes on the mounting surface.

►Center and drill the thread holes.

►Cut the threads in the holes.

►Secure the mains choke on the mounting surface with suitable screws.

Connection

The mains chokes of the AX2090-ND80-xxxx series may only be operated at the corresponding terminal points of the AX8000 power supply modules:

AX8620 power supply module:
slot X01
AX8640 power supply module:
slot X02
Combined AX85xx power supply and axis modules:
X01 terminal strip

Order of connection

►Connect the protective conductor connection of the mains choke to the PE bar

►Connect the mains choke to the corresponding terminals of the drive device

►Connect the mains choke to the supply network

Connecting the protective conductor connection

►Loosen screw [1] at the PE connection point

►Connect the pre-assembled PE cable to the connection point

►Insert screw [1] at the PE connection point and tighten with torque

Connecting the drive device

►Connect connection point L3/N to W2 [1].

►Connect connection point L2 to V2 [2]

►Connect connection point L1 to U2 [3].

Connecting the mains connection

►Connect phase L3 to W1 [1]

►Connect phase L2 to V1 [2]

►Connect phase L1 to U1 [3].
