Do not touch hot output elements without personal protective equipment Only handle hot output elements, such as couplings or pulleys, with special thermal gloves. Avoid prolonged contact with hot components. Hot components can cause severe burns to body parts and limbs. |

Do not mount the drive element offset Place the drive element centered and straight on the motor shaft. An offset will cause unacceptable vibration and the destruction of the ball bearings and the coupling. |
- ►Warm up the output elements according to manufacturer's instructions
- ►Remove the protective cap
- ►Degrease and clean the motor shaft
- ►Remove the output element from the oven and transport it to the workstation
- ►Place output element [1] centered and straight on the motor shaft [2]
- ►Insert washer [3] with screw [4] of strength class 8.8 and nut [5] into the locking thread [6] of the motor shaft
- ►Tighten nut [5]
The output element is pulled onto the motor shaft by the nut.
