Mounting
- 1. Carefully degrease the following components with a cloth:
- Contact surfaces with adjacent components
- Flange
In this example, there are eight threaded holes [2] in the gear unit housing [1] for the bolted connection with your machine
- 2. Coat suitable screws with threadlocker
- 3. Fasten the gear unit to the machine with the suitable screws via the threaded holes [2]
- 4. Make sure that the surface of the machine has a low roughness
- 5. Attach the gear unit such that the screw plug faces downward and the name plate is readable
