Inserted adhesive

The sun wheel of the gear unit is factory glued to the motor shaft of the AS1000 series. The employed Adhesives WEICONLOCK AN 306-48 (D) and WEICONLOCK AN 306-60 (D) are anaerobic Sealants. These include dangerous ingredients such as:

• acrylic acid (<3%)

• methacrylic acid (> 10%)

• 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (<20%)

• cumene hydroperoxide (1%) and

• methacrylic acid ester (<20%)
