Forming the capacitors
During long storage periods, the installed DC link capacitors must be reformed. The following steps must be carried out:
- ►Connecting the mains voltage to the drive system
- ►Leave the drive system connected to the mains voltage for 60 minutes and do not operate under load
The device can then be used as usual.
The time interval at which the capacitors must be formed varies depending on the storage temperature.
