WaitTimeAtPositionLimit

Wait time at a position limit ([sec]). Wait time should be large enough for the axis to come to a complete stop. Must have value >= 0.0 s. Wait time can be extended using the Wait input if it depends on external processes (e.g. switching valves). Default: 0.5.

Minimum position distance per velocity measurement ([PosUnit]). Must have value >= 0.0. Default 10.0.
