Parameters

context Context	The Context under which the handler should be registered.
domain String	The domain for which the handler that should be registered.
handler IListener	The IListener that should be registered at the TwinCAT HMI server.
settings Value	A Value that contains the settings to use for registration.

Return Value

Task ErrorValue
A TaskTResult that represents the asynchronous operation. The Result of the TaskTResult returns HMI_SUCCESS if registering handler succeeded; otherwise, any ErrorValue that best describes which error has occurred.
