AlarmIsActive Property

Contains a value that indicates whether the Alarm is active.
The active state is automatically generated from the AlarmState and ConfirmationState. You should only use this if you explicitly want to set a different value. The value you have set will be overwritten as soon as the AlarmState or ConfirmationState is changed.
