Connects/Reconnects to the specified target address.

Parameters

netId AmsNetId	The AmsNetId of the target device.
port Int32	The Ams Port number on the target device to connect to.

Remarks

If the IConnection is already connected (IsConnected), this connection will be reestablished/reconnected.
