Übersicht implementierte RTD Transformationen
Einige Beckhoff IO Geräte (IP20 Klemmen, Steckmodule, Box‑Module) unterstützen die Auswertung von Widerstandssensoren zur Temperaturmessung (RTD) wie Pt100, Pt1000, NTC1K etc.
Im Folgenden sind die dort teilweise je nach Gerät implementierten Kennlinien aufgeführt. Die angegebenen Tabellenwerte sind die Grundlage für die Auswertung im Gerät.
- Pt, Ni, KTY: die Tabellenwerte sind entsprechend im Gerät hinterlegt, Zwischenwerte werden interpoliert. Bei KL-Klemmen wird die Temperatur davon abweichend über ein Näherungspolynom berechnet.
- NTC: die Tabellenwerte wurden zur Ermittlung der Steinhart-Hart-Koeffizienten genutzt und über diese Koeffizienten ermittelt die Firmware die Temperatur.
