DC-OK function (monitoring)

This feature monitors the output voltage at the output terminal of an active power supply. The DC-OK function can be monitored via the DC-OK LED on the front of the device or via the EtherCAT interface.

DC-OK

green

As soon as the output voltage has reached the setpoint (default 22 V)

DC-Not OK

off

As soon as the output voltage dips below a value, which is typically 0.5 V lower than the setpoint value (Hysteresis).
(default: 21.5 V)

Switching hysteresis

0.5 V typ.

Via EtherCAT interface

DC-OK bit (index 0x6000:04)

TRUE

The output voltage is above the value defined in index 0x8000:16 "DC OK threshold".

FALSE

As soon as the output voltage falls below the value defined in index 0x8000:16 "DC OK threshold".
