The firmware and hardware versions (delivery state) can be taken from the serial number printed on the side of the terminal.

Syntax of the serial number

Structure of the serial number: WW YY FF HH

WW - week of production (calendar week)
YY - year of production
FF - firmware version
HH - hardware version

Example with serial number 35 04 1B 01:

35 - week of production 35
04 - year of production 2004
1B - firmware version 1B
01 - hardware version 1
