Meaning

Diagnostic LEDs 1:

PWR

Power supply

green

The power LED lights if connected to a power supply and the unit is swiched on.

PoE

Indicates the status of the powered device.

green

Lights green when the powered device is connected and powered.

red

Flashing red if overloaded.

PM1

Number of connected ports.

green

Lights green when the powered consumer is supplied with one pair of conductors (Mode A or Mode B).

blue

Lights blue when the powered consumer is supplied with two pair of conductors (Mode A and Mode B).

PM2

Indicates the PoE class of the powered device.

green

Lights green if a powered device with PoE class 0 to 3 is connected.

blue

Lights blue if a powered device with PoE class 4 is connected.

LINK / ACT

Indicates if a powered device is connected.

yellow

The LED lights yellow if a powered device is connected. The LED flashes if data traffic takes place.

SPEED

Indicates the connection speed.

green

The LED is green if the speed is 10 or 100 Mbit.

red

In 1000 Mbit mode (Gigabit) the LED is red.
