Installation position

The approved installation positions of the braking resistors are vertical wall mounting [A], horizontal floor mounting [B] and horizontal wall mounting [C]. In the vertical installation position, the electrical connection must point downwards.

Damage due to incorrect installation position

An incorrect installation position can cause damage to the connecting cable and result in malfunctions.

  • Due to heat generation, the vertical installation position A is only permitted if the electrical connection is facing downwards
